Approval of transport
The law of recycling management and waste management arrange in §49 the duty to obtain a permit for waste, which should be admitted to abolishment. Hence waste for industrial abolishment is only allowed to collect and carry with according approvals of transport. Industrial collecting and carrying is given when the object of a company completely or partly consists of collecting and carrying waste from third against payment. The approval of transport allows collecting and carrying in the federal territory.
